Last summer/fall I blogged about my adventures in DC and Thailand, which seemed to help. Now this will be for my life after graduation.
I never really had plans for after my college graduation. I thought it was forever away and would never get here. It's here now and I don't know what to do with myself, my whole life it has been go to school and do homework. I guess in my mind I always thought I was staying at Greenville. I was comfortable in Greenville, I knew how to live there and all my best friends were there. Now its find a job and make the life you wanted. That's terrifying. I don't know what I'm doing. I have an idea, but what if I don't like it or it all comes crashing down. What do I do then? Everybody says and I even tell myself this to make it through that I'll figure it out, that Jesus has a plan for me and to not worry about it so much. I do agree, but its not always that easy. I have loans to pay. I miss my college friends and living with amazing people. Technology only does so much. I don't want to pack up my life and move it without knowing I'm going to make it. This is growing up though, its not easy stuff.
I know eventually down the road, I'll cross these bumps in the road. But the waiting and the heartache are no fun game. I know Jesus will be with me every step of the way, even if I try to figure it out on my own, which I pray I don't. That guy has some good insight and guidance, but he has blessed me with free will.
Here's to life and mistakes.
